Thank you for the update. In the meanwhile Im also further and using since a couple of months 100 AH Kepworth LiFePo4. Im using it with original Palmo (Arsilicii) BC-520 charger. Just set the jumper as you already mentioned.
This ist for charging and power supply from 220v to DC (12V). So for charging from the motor generator you need an extra device, so called booster (DC-DC charger) it also supports the LifePo4. I use the votronic vcc 1212-30 (I like the hardware display) many people use Victron devices.
But yes, you need the DC-DC Charger. While doing cable work, beware that you disconnect the Battery 1 (motor, vehicle battery) Plus from the Poverlink (the black box next to your second batterie). It comes from the booster (DC-DC charger).
